For every laying farm regardless of the size, the collection and transportation of the eggs plays a central role. Because of the different house arrangements and/or wishes of the customers, an individual and customised solution is usually required!
The centre piece of egg collection is the modular principle with elements fulfilling all the requirements of a laying farm on site. The servicing of long distances, of any height differences as well as of varied curves is an important factor. Transportation widths of 200 mm - 750 mm allow for the transportation of quantities from 15,000 eggs/h up to 195,000 eggs/h with optimum profitability. With this, highest functional safety with minimum maintenance requirements is guaranteed.
Via the elevator system
All eggs are simultaneously transported from all rows and levels. This ensures a very high transportation performance within a very short time. The independence with regard to the positioning of the crosswise egg conveyor is a very important aspect that makes this system so interesting. Another remarkable point is the low space requirement of this system.
Via the lift system
The unique transfer of eggs from the longitudinal collection belts to the crosswise collection belt is certainly one aspect of the lift system which should be pointed out. The high profitability and free passage in the parking position of the lift are additional advantages of this system which are not insignificant.
Options such as egg saver, drop oiler, circular brushes for the transfer of eggs as well as dirt collecting plates are additional useful pieces of supplementary equipment.
